Confirmation from Spanish Walking Adventures.

Once you have completed a booking form and paid a deposit you and all named persons on the booking form enter a contract with Spanish Walking Adventures.  When you submit the booking form you are accepting on behalf of all named persons on the booking form, the terms and conditions outlined herein.

Extending your holiday.

If you extend your holiday, either before or after the dates of your reservation with Spanish Walking Adventures, we are not responsible for your welfare outside the dates of your booking.

Alterations by you.

If you need to make changes to your dates or chosen locations, we will do everything we can to meet these changes, but we cannot guarantee to make any alterations to your booking.

In the event of any named person or persons on the booking form being unable to join the holiday, the place and the deposit may be transferred free of charge to another person or persons, but only after a further booking form has been completed and received by us. If the full price of the holiday has already been received, then again it may be transferred to another person on the condition that a new booking form is completed and received by us.

Alterations by us.

If we have to change any part of your holiday prior to the first day of your holiday we will notify you by email. If you are not satisfied with any changes made you will be offered an alternative holiday or a full refund.

For your safety and enjoyment during your stay we reserve the right to make changes to the walking itinerary due to any unforeseen circumstances such as adverse weather conditions.

Covid 19.

If it is necessary to cancel your holiday due to a Government prohibiting travel to or entry into Spain due to Covid 19 or any other pandemic then we will offer a full refund.

To participate in the walks with Spanish Walking Adventures.

You must be aged 18 or over to participate in our holidays, except for people aged 12 or over accompanied by a parent or guardian.

To participate in our walks you must have the appropriate standard of health and fitness to be able to complete the walking itinerary we offer you.

Any pre-existing medical conditions which may affect your ability to participate in the physical demands of the walking itinerary must be detailed on your booking form. We are responsible for your safety and the safety of your group. It is imperative that this information is supplied.

Spanish Walking Adventures is responsible for your welfare and well being at all times during your holiday but you participate in our activities at your own risk. By completing the booking form, you accept that you are liable for any illness or injury during your holiday unless it is proven by law that such an injury or illness was caused by the neglect of Spanish Walking Adventures.  Furthermore, you accept that we are not responsible for any loss or damage to personal effects during your holiday.

Our website shown, is to our knowledge accurate and written in good faith. Spanish Walking Adventures cannot take responsibility for any guests not reading or understanding the information given.

Travel Insurance.

All guests named on the booking are responsible for their own travel insurance and all necessary travel documents. The travel insurance policy must cover you for the activity you are undertaking. We advise that the travel policy covers you for any cancellations you have to make.

Special dietary requirements.

It is imperative that any special dietary needs are detailed by all persons named on the booking form.

Payments.

All payments must be made in GBP in the form of a bank transfer to our UK business account or by cheque. A deposit of £125 per person is required at the time of booking.

The balance of your holiday is payable 6 weeks prior to the commencement of your holiday with us.

Cancellation fees.

If you or any person named on the booking form is required to cancel the holiday you must inform us by email so that we are able to act upon the cancellation immediately.

The following cancellation fees will apply.

Period before commencement of your holiday with Spanish Walking Adventures.

More than 50 days Deposit only
Between 35 and 50 days 30% of the total holiday price
Between 21 and 34 days 50% of the total holiday price
Between 7 and 20 days 75% of the total holiday price
Less than 7 days 100% of the total holiday price

 

Cancellation by us.

If we cancel your holiday, we will offer a full refund.

Conduct.

We take a pride in the organisation of our holidays and endeavour to provide the best possible experience during your holiday.  We do however reserve the right to exclude a person or person’s participation on any walk if it is considered by the walk leader that they are causing personal safety concerns to themselves or others.

Furthermore, Spanish Walking Adventures reserves the right to exclude any person or persons from our walks if they display any conduct detrimental to the enjoyment of other persons.  We expect a high level of conduct from our guests.  We have a responsibility to preserve our environment and adhere to the code of conduct detailed by our National and Natural Parks.

Complaints.

We do everything we can to make your experience with Spanish Walking Adventures an enjoyable experience.  However, if at any time a problem should arise then please tell us straight away in order that the problem can be resolved quickly.
